Its a decent place ,quiet with an efficient management.But once you are in don?t expect your rents to be lowered or adjusted with respect to market rates.Like a couple of reviews stated here the management would rather have existing tenants leave than keep them by lowering rents.And they have an ?TTITUDE that needs some tempering ...they don?t realise that this is the renter?s market and their days of glory are over(Atleast till the next boom!)I think it has to do with the fact that its an owner operated complex.
They also have a horrible guest policy - they charge $100 per guest per month(irrespetive of whether they stayed with you for 2 days or 31 days in the month). You need to be quite lucky to get new appliances or carpets in that place - most of the ones could be used in skating rinks.
