We lived in this apartment complex for 9 months; received transfer to another part of the U.S. and had to move. We received all new appliances, new paint and carpet. The neighborhood was quiet, but I do have to admit that I was a bit worried about some of the surrounding areas; my car had an alarm and I never left anything inside. I enjoyed the fact that we were within walking distance to a grocery store and a nice section on San Jose (Willow Glen) not to mention that it was fairly centrally located to several highways. The manager was very accomodating. We needed an air conditioner and one was provided within a few days. We adopted two kittens while we were there and she pet sat for us. Any time there was anything that needed to be repaired we were attended to immediately. Yes, the apartments were quiet and if you want to party this isn't place for you. For the other people that left not so stellar remarks on this website about the manager and her noise level I imagine that you your neighbors probably got fed up and referred you to the manager...hence, she was simply doing her job. The gym facilty wasn't huge, but it was better than your average one treadmill. For the overall value we really enjoyed our experience. The cost was not that expensive, especially considering prices in the San Jose area.
