Overall, a very fine community for the price...beware of Snails...

Compliments:
Friendly neighbors, rarely any loud parties, and an overall safe community.
Complaints:
Tuesdays at 7am, the lawnmowers and leaf blowers start up and usually go for about 30-45min.
Snails...dark walkways at night so careful where you walk.
Spiders. This is problematic if you have a beard, the webs stick like velcro.
