Parking: there is ample parking but it is not covered and there are trees that would cover cars with leave and tree soap and bird drops. The parking is safe overall safe but several break-ins and stolen cars were reported over the years. Just use an alarm system.

Noise: vertical sound insolation is poor, so you can hear your upstairs or downstairs neighbors walking, music... On the sides it seems to be very good. Very respectful neighbors in general.

Grounds: nice gardening.

Safety: safe as long as you secure your place at all times (keep eveything locked).

Construction: the layout is well done overall.

Maintenance: I think the apartements were built in the 70s and they would need a remodeling. Some appliances are getting to end of life and would need to be replaced. Carpets and floors are very worn. No knowledge of owners wanting to remodel.

Staff: Very basic level of service. Not particularly friendly. "Play by the rules".

Location: Great location, close to Albertson accross the street, close to 280, 17. Close to the Pruneyard and the Southwest Expressway LightRail station.

Overall: Adequate place to live. I am suspecting that there are better place for the same rents or slightly higher elsewhere.
I would recommend as a place worth seeing, you might get a good location (upstairs with an adequate view).
