I was just reading the negative comments, and I happen to know the people that wrote them. They did not get their deposit back, because of damages, and they are angry. The apartments are very well maintained, the gardens are lovely and the owners are not tearing it down at all. They have owned the property for 35 years and this is their retirement pension. I have met the owners, they are kind, and very fair. There is new management, but so far seems very nice.I would reccommend this place to anyone who like s a quiet, peaceful place to live.Yes, we have garbage trucks, doesn't everyone' We do not have screaming children, out of 140 apartments, I have seen 3 children. I believe everyone should make their own decision and to do that you would have to come and see.
