Nice place to stay but what happened to customer service' I call for repairs and
nobody gets back to me. I have to call several times for a small repair. Service has gone downhill. I have noticed that there have been fewer employees on the grounds thanbefore. I suggest you hire more employees if that is the case. These things I can live with.


What is totally unacceptable to me is that NOBODY in the office is able to confirm it they have received my rent check!!!!! How can that be' I am someone will impeccable credit so naturally I am disturbed when payment cannot be verified. I think I deserve a better answer than ??if you dropped it off, then we must have it??. I like it here but I intend to move unless things improve here. Also there are far too many spiders here. Tip for management, Call the damn EXTERIMATOR.

We spray for spiders 3 times a week. Because of the beautiful grounds and the foilage, we have spiders. I for one can tolerate the spiders, to live in such a beautiful place.
