The past 3 months here have been very nice.

Its a Quiet, well kept complex.
Not alot of "Family" type ammenities, Pool only, But a well kept pool none the less.

A few couples with small children that cry, but then thats what babies do.

The manager is a very nice lady, and attends to problems in a timely manner.

Security is an issue, as a few cars have been broken into, and there are people that use the complex as a cut thru point to where they live.

Over all its very safe, with some units having a locking heavy duty screen door that can be left open. A nice feature in the summer.

I was told the carpet in the hallways will be replaced soon, as well as new paint on the walls in all common areas.

With that work done this will be a place a young couple can find a quiet safe place to call home, or a single guy or gal can make a start in life.....The community has many diffrent ages ranges and cultures.

But quiet is the key word here....loud people dont last long....Just so you know.


The apartments are nice and well cared for.
Some of the fixtures in our unit look abit dated, but when we moved in everything was clean.

Walk in closet and pantry in some units.
25 or 30 ft Vaulted celings in some units.

Lots of trees and bushes....if your afraid of some bugs and spiders, dont move here.

Theres not alot of them , but you will see them in your unit.

The laundry rooms are clean and have newish Maytag Neptune washers and dryers.

Work out room with station training machines, stairclimbers, and other equipment.

All in all a nice place, worth the money.
