Poor Property Management

1.Maintence request are not addressed in a timely fashion. If there is an emergency situation on the weekend Good Luck! You're on your own. 2. No upgrades on appliances. Faucets and appliances are in poor condition and are not upgraded even when they no longer work properly. Auto stereo theft frequent among tenants.
