There are still things I like about these apartments, but the two I dislike are the same as all the posts before me: dilapidation and the management. The apartments are in dire need of a renovation, and the management is in dire need of a genial attitude. The complex itself is unusual, because it looks plain and a little ramshackle on the outside, but the inner grounds are really beautiful thanks to the complex owner's love of horticulture. We rented our unit from her and enjoyed a few months while she was managing the place- fortunately she still keeps the grounds very well-maintained.
