I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews for this place because I rather enjoyed my stay here. I lived at these apartments from the summer of 2006 to summer 2007. I was in an upstairs unit and the only complaints we ever had was this leak from the piping under the kitchen sink and the fact that the power would go out when the AC was on full blast. Our move out experience wasn't so great because management tried to keep a lot of our deposit money and charge us for stupid things that were as is when we moved in. It was pretty quiet place when I lived there and the only noise was when they guys were working outside.
