I feel lucky to have found this place and right now, it is affordable.
The office and maintenance staff are always there to help. They are professional, but also seem to care. I was blown away recently by how fast the Manager acted when I had a problem with a noisy neighbor. That explains why this place is so quiet and serene.
There are lots of gardens and open space, birds and squirrels. I guess the apartments were built a while ago, but in my opinion this makes them kind of charming. There are cool features to the floor plan, like a nook in the living room and a kitchen pantry. The bedroom's got a walk in closet that's great.
I completely recommend Plum Orchard. If there were problems before, the new manager is definitely working to remedy them.
