I have been living in plum orchard apartment for nearly five years. It used to be a quiet place but not anymore since some loud college kids moved in about 2 years ago. They party almost every week during week days and won't stop until 3 or 4 AM in the morning. I could hear they talk very loud, even screaming and jump on the floor. The management has been aware of the issue but nothing is really improved. The manager that i talked to claimed that they only rent apartments to professionals'! I also observed high turn around rates since my neighbors changes every 6 months or so. The place reminds me about the frat houses back in college!!
