not what you think From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We pay 1095 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment has ant problems and has since the day we moved in. You come in thinking it is a nice complex but in reality it's not all that it's cracked out to be, looks can be deciving. It has had this horrible smell in it that we cant get rid of. We've tried carpet freshners as well as all kinds of air freshners. It's not a trashy smell, I guess it's just a foreign smell. The hot tub is luke warm half the time, the pool is like ice, the work out equiptment is shotty and old, and the soda machines are pieces of crap. When we went through the tour everything looked nice and thought we were getting good amenities. When it comes to parking there is no guest parking so if you have anyone over they have to park a mile away. There doesn't even seem to be enough parking for all of the tenants.I can never find a parking spot. Overall it has not been a good experience for me. It's overpriced for what is really there.
