I think it would have been more appropriate for anonymous to clarify that his or her new neighbors are rude, uneducated, etc. Perhaps there are a few bad seeds in the place, and commenting on these individuals is one of the purposes of this site, but I happen to have great neighbors. Furthermore, it's an inaccurate assessment to say that because someone falls below a certain income threshold (in this case $50,000) that they are rude, uneducated and lacking manners. Doing a spell check and grammar check before calling others on being uneducated is usually a good idea.
With that said, the place isnt perfect, but its better than most. I never hear my neighbors, except when they are coming and going from their apartment. There are not noisy people blasting TVs and stereos, or being disruptive in any manner. Ive had no problems with management or my neighbors. I think its a great place to live.
Keep in mind that this is an apartment. You get some good and some bad neighbors no matter where you live. You will hear people. You will smell their food. People will be rude to you.
I do have one gripe. I find it ridiculous that there are caps on income when the rent is the same or higher than that of other rentals in the area.
