Average Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 1999   I stayed here for six months. The apartment is decent because of the lower price. It is close to Valley Fair mall and other shops. The neighbors were quiet. However, you would want to be on the third floor facing the couryard vs the street if you like it quiet. One of the draw backs is that this is a prime place to get your Hondas stolen. There isn't much security here. The walkways are a little dark at night. It is also near the freeway so it is a little noisier. No air conditioner. I would live here again.
