San Jose Greens

San Jose Greens is a very nice place to live From: peter84 Date posted: 5/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Well I have lived here for a year and there have been no problems to complain about. The staff and manager are great and they have fixed everything that i threw at them. There are a couple of things that could have made living here a little nicer. The first would be to have the complex pick up the tab for some of the utilities, even trash and water would be fine. I also think that it should be the individuals choice if they want renters insurance, not the company. I know that this would be pushing it but a washer and dryer in the apartment would be nice. Im not going to hold this against them though, but it is the main reason for me to find a new place. Some people are complaining about the parking, but you have to remember that this is a gated community, and feels very safe. Plus I never have problems finding parking on the street. So I would recomend this place to anyone, if you can live with the laundry facility.
