I have been a resident here for a couple of year. I have resently found out from the Housing Authority, that when becoming a resident you are to receive a Renters Rights Booklet. No resident has received one. I also found out reading this document that we are not suppose to be charged water/garbage/sewer/insurance. I am dissapointed with San Jose Greens/G & K Properties.

Thank you for letting us know of this rule. I haven't gotten any booklet from other apartments that I lived at (Berkeley Square, Miraido Village, Pavona) in San Jose. I didn't know about this rule. I should add that San Jose Greens isn't the only one and that I am not a resident at this apartment. We should make sure that Housing Authorities know as well as others.
