This has to be the worst leasing office ever. The so called property manager is racist and has no professional customer serivce skills. He feels he is above all his tennents and that the tennents should beg him to leave her. We went to the leasing office to see about our lease and he talked to us as if we were stupied young kids that didnt anything. We make more money then he will ever in his position. He was down talking us and threating us with a 30 day notice if we kept arguing with him. He calls asking questions arguing. He has no patience and is racist.
Also all the appliances are old and dont work. Kitchens are dirty and from the 70s. The garbage is always over full and there are always people going through your garbage taking items out. There are always COCKAROACHS outside on the walk way and we have seen one or two on the inside. The patios are old and made of wood they look like they are ready to collapse. Ours has a hole in the wood. Bathrooms are old and need remodoling. For the price you will pay here you can have a brand new apartment down town. Dont be stooped by the leasing office. They will show you a nice remodeled apartment that they show everyone... They wont show you your apartment untill you move in. The are scammers and have a racist and rude property manager. Please stay away. I would not recomend this apartment to my worst enemy.
