San Pedro Square Apartments

Paying for the Location From: mvandyke@telepacific.com Date posted: 6/6/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   You are basically paying for the location of the apartment. There is no kitchen, just a kitchenette. The management says I live in a one bedroom, but it is actually a studio because there is no seperation of the tv/living room from the bedroom. In the summer time, it gets really hot with no AC. The management does not pay for parking, but with the price of them, they should. During certain times of the day, forget about going home because there is nowhere to park. The laundry facility is very expensive, $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. WAY TOO MUCH. The good thing about it is that it is a block away from the Pacific Bell Central office. 1280ft to be exact. Very good in house wiring for DSL. This is coming from a former PacBell Tech.
