DON'T DO IT! Beware new owners as of 2003 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I fully agreed with the previous review at the time it was written. At one point in time, I badgered all of my friends to move here, I appreciated the property manager and the neighbors so. Well, PEOPLE make the difference, as always, new owners took over, the property manager was fired, (as of this writing there has not been on on-site property manager here for months, although the owner will gleefully tell you otherwise,) and the place quickly went sliding down the proverbial hill. Tenants who had lived in and really loved the apartments for YEARS started moving out in droves. There is a REASON there are so many empty apartments available. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
