The building is very old. I lived in a down stairs unit and lived every night with constant noise. I have to assume that we had a inconsiderate neighbor, because I swear she stomped like no other. After a while we nicknamed her "Godzilla". This chick would primarily stomp around between the hours of 11pm and 2am. I work full time, and would get really irritated. Not to mention that she seemed to bring home a different man almost nightly. So, you can imagine we heard her doing you know what also. Very thin walls! Very hot inside on warmer days with no way to cool it down. In the colder months when we attempted to turn the gas heater on, it would smell of chemicals. I had to do a maintenance request twice. The first time it was answered and fixed quickly. The second was a more serious matter that took WAY too long to be attended to. No covered parking, which always sucks. And, no private patio or balcony. NO STORAGE! However, it is the cheapest thing you will find in a decent (not great) area. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
