Good Management, Good Owner, Good Value From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   We lived at Saratoga Commons Apartments for 2 years and left only because we bought a house. If you want a large, well kept apartment where the management cares about you, then come live here. We found the manager and owner very responsive and would definitely recommend - and already have recommended this apartment to friends. So often you hear about deposit nightmares but we received back our entire deposit.
