below average for that price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Appartment is pretty large and clean. Appliances are rather old but in good condition. Big storage room near parking space is helpful. Walls are thin and are not insulated. We lived on ground floor. Every step, every sliding door movement of neighbors above produced a great amount of noise. It was extremely annoying. Pool is not maintained well. There is lots of dirt in water. Manager is friendly and responsible. But high level manager (the person who really makes decisions, owner') looks like too greedy. When we moved in, the apartment wasn't ready (nobody warned us about it). Some walls weren't painted so we could not arrange furniture, then when they were painted we had to live with paint smell. It took 4 days to get things back to normal. We asked for some reimbursement but didn't get it. On opposite when we moved out owner took too much from deposit.
