Poor Managment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   New manager took over a couple months ago, guy is a joke. Manager is NEVER in the Office, trying to get a hold of him in person is almost nearly impossible. Guy has a sign up at the rental Office door (he also lives there) that he is "Out of the Office and somewhere on the property", so I come back later and the same sign is still up and you get the idea an so on....Bottonline is, I never see the Office open. They also raised the rent this year and made promises that things will be changing around here with new things..... yet to see any changes made, just empty promises and work thats half-ass done. Theft is a huge issue, especially the cars...lock your doors and set those alarms. The one thing that I can say that is positive, the pool is nice.
