Rental Office From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I've gone to the Rental Office 3 times in the sameday but nobody answers the door, yet the sign on the door states that the Office hours are from 9AM to 6PM and closed between 12noon and 1pm for lunch, (guys lives in the same apartment as the Rental Office)yet nobody is ever there to help '!' And get this, the emergency number that they leave to call incase there is an "emergency" is the rental office number '!'! There isn't anyone in the Office...so how do you expect anyone to answer in an emergancy '!'! I really think someone needs to talk to this guy..this is just bad business practice for everyone involved.You also need a better emergency number for tenants to contact incase the Office Manager has the day off without anyone knowing.
