Shelter Creek Apartments

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE - GOOD PEOPLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have liveD at Shelter Creek for about 1 year and so far I think it is great. The rent is kept low but the quality of the apartments and the grounds are very nice. The maintenance guy and the manager are very nice and do a good job. They always say "hi" and they are always friendly. I was refered by a friend who moved out of state and they said the manager was very fair with the deposit. They said the manager did a walk thru with them and let them no exactly what would be taken out or they could do a few things to get more back. I thought that was really good because some managers refuse to do that before you move out. anyway - i think they should get a thumbs up.
