Shelter Creek Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   Managers are hardly ever in the office, hot water is always turned off without notices, this place is looking like the ghetto with shopping carts all over the property. Some neighbors smoke weed, without consideration of children around the complex. And people blocking other cars from going in and out of their parking spot, also people drive thru the lot like it's a 40mph speed limit. This place was really nice and quiet when i first moved in, now it's getting run down and the managers do nothing but put notices up, they need to do action instead of notices everyone ignores!!
