decent aprtment for the price From: joey0040 Date posted: 7/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   Yes its true there are grocery carts by the dumpster, but who cares they remove them promptly. For the price and the amount of square footage its a great deal, I have lived here for 2 years. The only thing I dont like is the bell that sounds when the trolley passes, it sometimes malfunctions and rings all night. I would recommend these apartments with the stipulation you get a spot not facing Southwest expressway.
