I have to agree with Joe From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I agree with joe00402003's comment regarding the "NO" comment. This is a great family complex. The neighbors all look out for one another, the adults look out of the kids, and management cracks down on loud parties. As for police being here, I have yet to see them. I do not know what that person was talking about. This is a great place to live, the neighbors bbq together, swim together. If you want a family friendly, neighbor friendly and management that nips that crap in the bud, then come here. It's people like the other that need to leave. * Parking is great, it's all permit parking only * Noise Level - I can sometimes hear the girl above me walking and never hear the neighbor on either side of me * Grounds - Very well manicured, gardners come ever friday and the chick that works in the office walks the grounds cleaning everyday. I think she cleans the laundry rooms, too. *Safty - Very Safe * construction - built well * Maintenance - Pretty good could be done better * Office Staff - They get the job done. Pretty cool people.
