I've lived here with my b/f for about 6 months. The parking is ok, they're going to re-surface it this coming week. Across the street is the light rail so if your car breaks down you can use the light rail without a problem. I can hear the light rail at night but the sound isn't that bad or loud. Even though the exterior of the complex is pretty old and can use a paint job I don't really mind it because it has this... old beach resort feel to it.

The landscaping is great! very tropical looking and very very well kept! The two ladies that run the place are really friendly and bubbly! They both live on the lot as well as the maintanence guy, I think. So if anything happens you can call him right away to help you out. Over all, it's a great place... the air conditioners are really really old!! but all the other appliances were really well taken care of, dishwashers, garbage disposal, stove etc. Even the pool is really big and clean.

I love the privacy you have when sunbathing out there!!! there's a beautiful hedge growing all the way around the pool! So when you swim or sunbathe you don't have to see apts or people walking around. That and a highschool is a block down from you with a great big field to play on! and the Pruneyard is only like 2 blocks away in the opposite direction. I think if anyone moved here they'd really like it.

It's pretty neat because everything you need is right around the corner but when you get home to your apt it's like your own little getaway nestled alongside the los gatos creek. My biggest reccomendation is try to get an apt on the top floor!!! There are only two floors but trust me... you want a top floor apt! My biggest complaint are the children here. As much as I love kids, often during the weekend there is a whole group of them that pretty much run rampant through the yard and scream and yell. It's kind of obnoxious, but I blame the parents. I like this place and if they don't raise our rent when the lease is up I plan to stay here for hopefully a long long time.
