Nice community except Floor gives creaky noise From: rmuralig7 Date posted: 4/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I'm living here for the past 6 months....it is a nice place...the rent is around $1395...Leasing office is responsive...they have newsletter cirulated...Well maintained garden like setting....maintenance is good...very close to Bascom lite rail station...Laundry is clean and machines work....The only issue I had was with my neightbor (who lives downstairs)...he used to call the security and complain when my 3 yr old runs around the house....as the apt are old, they give a creaky-noise when someone walks around....also this apt complex has too many cats...especially my son gets scared when one is around...Overall it gave me an OK experience.
