My stay here started off fairly well, then gradually declined, as did the professionalism and respect exerted from the staff. Management here is horrible! They will lie to you and give you attitude whenever possible. They will do anything to get you out of the office when they obviously have nothing to say to you. She claims to have the office open during the appropriate work hours of 9-6 but like to open from 10-4 with a 2 hour lunch. Rules and regulations are not enforced, however they will tow your car even if you have a parking permit visible. In the lease, it is stated that pets are not allowed, but people keep them anyways. There are balconies in which some tenants like to cook and BBQ on which is a major fire hazard, but she doesn't care. From speaking to fellow tenants, I learned that many cars, including mine, have been broken into multiple times, and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Yes security cameras are set up but they don't do much. I was told by a maintenance worker that they do not work. However, he was nice, and understanding, and great to talk to.
