Worst Comes To Worst From: emily_noy@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   This place sucks! The only reason why anybody would want to live there is if you couldn't afford it anywhere else & worst comes to worst, this is where you would settle. Like me. ;) My car got broken into & so did my roommates. I parked my car in the underground garage & every now & then some losers would park thier car in my spot. It would take forever for the tow company to respond, also you had to prove that you lived there. The first come first serve parking sucks. Some people double park thier cars. The water pressure is good. Once a month they would shut off the water for some bogus reasons. I think they do it to save money. Management sucks! Rachel & Heidi are so rude. Take forever to respond to a maintenace request. Though the maintenace people are nice. When we moved out we cleaned the carpets & the place pretty good. Well it wasn't good enough for them. They kept our $500 deposit & billed us an additional $87 bucks. I would rather stay at Motel 6 than at Summerwind Apartments if worst comes to worst.
