Summerwind Apartments

It's been awhile, but I wouldn't recommend! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1994   My husband and I were naive newlyweds moving to San Jose from Indiana. From the photos in the apartment guides, it looked great! (Okay, so we were too young and stupid to realize they were so much cheaper for a reason!) Anyway, we did NOT have trouble with roaches, but the elevator was always broken, the neighbors were downright scary, and we had raw sewage dumped into the bed of our truck in the garage. After an armed invasion took place in another building, we decided to move. At that time, the mgmnt was nice, but I WOULD NOT recommend unless you have a death wish! SCARY, SCARY place!
