Summerwind Apartments

Not Somewhere I would stay. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   This place is horrible. The place constantly stenches of urine. Grown Men drinking alcohol in the garage. My car got broken into IN the garage. No type of security what so ever. Noisy, Children running everywhere throwing things unattended. Obvious lack of parenting. Pricey for the conditions that you pay for. Constantly smells. Got stuck in the elevator. There are many other places you can live, better. The pool is dirty the basketball court is broken & have no nets. Really a bad neighborhood. Across the street is a big difference. It's fenced in. Pricey Projects is an adequate description of this place.. Would not recommend at all. In the month of June the water went out a total of 12 times and has consistently gone out since I moved in. I am fed up and now moving.
