I lived here for 6 months with some roomates in college until our lease ran out. I can only echo the other reviews that i have read. It is noisy, SMELLY, dirty, and all the other adjectives similar.
One comment that wasn't made so far is regarding parking. There is underground parking but each apartment only gets one (despite the fact that we lived in a 3 bedroom apartment). The staff told us there was a parking lot in the back but this was always full of cars (some of which had no tires on them or were clearly broken down and not being moved). There are gates around the parking lot entrances but they do not open and close so anyone can get in (so i ask, WHAT IS THE POINT''') and the area is not somewhere I felt safe. In fact, after i moved in a police officer was giving a presetation in a health class and it turned out that on the corner of tully and the cross-street where the apartments are (one block down) was the highest gang activity in the city of san jose! Now, you make your decision but i would avoid this place like the plague!
