Trash is now under the buildings, the owners are sick to allow this!

In an effort to save money the owners have decided to place trash in the storage under the buildings! Now there is an idea...there are already roaches everywhere, the pest control is useless, the only way to live is to use bleach and traps, that you provide. When I finally did leave they tried to charge me...of course I never got my deposit back, something about a walk thru not being done' Doesn't matter I think that I would have paid to get out of there. The filth, and discusting people that live there, how can these people sleep at night. Oh wait the little twirp in the little black mercedes, he can, cause he doesn't know what its like to work for a living and live the way his tenants do. If you try and call the chicken *&#! little $#%!* he avoids any confrontation. No wonder he can't put plates on his car.
The new management, thats another story, they are useless, rude and uneffective, what the $*#@ are these people thinking' This is the scumiest,poorly ran,falling apart set of buildings with the filthiest apartments. I feel sorry for the roaches that have to be born there.
If your thinking about living here, take some advice DON'T, the trauma and experience are not worth it.
The city of San Jose should get involved here the elevators are a death trap, the pool is growing things, black fungus, the water is not safe to shower in, I did start loosing my hair. A plumber once said that the pipes were never cleaned properly so you have 20 years of rust running through them, before it gets to your body. Every hallway has damage from somewhere, sheet rock hanging the carpet in the halls smells of urine, and whats really sick is the owner walks the buildings. They know about all this!!!!!
