Lived here for 6 months... glad I am moving out. Even though they have reduced rents, it simply is not worth it. My experiences are;
1) Infested with cockroaches, regular spraying by pest control has not improved it.
2) Management would introduce a paper, after you have signed the deal stating that the security deposit is not refundable, till you have been there for like 3 years or so. So, forget the security deposit.
3) Extremely noisy; perhaps because of the large student population. Music can be heared till 3 am on weekdays...
4) Though there are tennis courts (not lighted), and pool etc, the maintenance sucks...
5) Woodwork in apartment is old... the closet doors are about to fall off. No separate storage available. The landscape is good only near the main office, so I would advice to take a walk in the complex.
6) Nearby mall/ shopping is a mile away.
7) Not a gated comunity, infact, anyone can walk in right off the streets
8) They had a laundry room, which burnt down... it never got repaired.... so, you have to treck a mile to wash clothes !!
They have reduced rents... but so has a number of other apartments in the neighbourhood (one right across, gated and with lighted tennis courts !!)
