Summerwind is a nightmare From: jlfinchum@comcast.net Date posted: 1/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   We have had a terrible roach problem, our water smells terrible, there is a moldy smell coming from the cabinets, and the office staff is all in all just MEAN. They were as sweet as could be up until we signed a lease, and now they just don't care. I have contacted an attorney and have had a health inspector here. I encourage anyone who lives here to do the same in order to stop this place from ruining the health and happiness of the tenants. I hope this information helps you. I am trying to let everyone I can know what they can do. Sadly, my husband and I are at the point where we don't care what happens to us, we just want to pack our bags and break our lease. We will try everything we can before we do that, but if it comes down to it, We will not be subject to roaches waking us up, our shower water making us itchy and sick, and they moldy smell making it hard to breath.
