The apartments are big, the staff is very helpful. Maintenance is competed very fast.
I would recommend this community to everyone.

This person MUST be from the management! I have experienced NOTHING but problems here! I hate this place! The ROACHES is the WORST part! But, not only that! The staff is HORRIBLE, they are rude and unresponsive. I am always very nice and friendly, but that NEVER seems to work around here. They never take care of issue until you complain over and over, then when they do the job is halfassed at best. I wouldn't recomend this apartment to my worst enemy! It is discusting! I moved in because I thought the apartments were big and I liked the layout... it's not worth it! I had no idea that i would have roaches living with me! Plus there is no water pressure and only about 5 min. worth of water pressure at a time (if any!). My advise; stay as far away as possible. I would however recommend the apartments right across the street, I did have a 1 bedroom there and I wish I'd never left! It's gorgeous, comfortable, and the staff is so friendly it's unbelievable... It's true; you never appreciate what you have untill it's gone, or in this case you move!.
So, if you want this area, for a similar price... I'd go to ValleyWest Apts.

THIS PERSON MUST BE FROM MANAGEMENT -hoping for a few gullable people. If you asked me....This place is the worst apartment complex in all of the SAN JOSE AREA. JUST VISIT THE PLACE...IT'S DISGUSTING!! screw summerwind apartments......they did ---- this whole time in our neighborhood. This palce is should be against Santa Clara Housing Regulations as a NUISANCE
