Keep looking, Other places much better. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I've lived here for a long while now, but after the lease is up, I'm getting out of here. This place has many rude neighbors who play loud music and speak loudly at night. This Summer, i had my window open because it was hot, i was awaken twice, pass 12am(midnight), in one night by loud music being played and someone talking to someone realy loud. Not only that, there are people who will honk their horn multiple times. I believe that if there were signs saying "Loud Noise prohibited" like in some neighborhoods, the noise would dy alittle. Although you get a key to use the elevator, there is someone always peeing in the corner of it. I also recieve many lies from our management. before we moved in, which was along while ago, they said that our Air conditioner would be replace with a newer one, well, it still hasn't been done and the air conditioner does not cool. I really don't recommend this place to anyone, even if i hate them, i still wouldn't. If the management team of summerwind is reading this, I hope they will try to make this place better.
