Roach Motel meets real life From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2002 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1996   I cannot believe things haven't changed since I lived here. We moved out in 1996 for most of the complaints others have stated. But it's the ROACHES that simply drove us out. We kept an emmaculate apartment. Cleaned nearly everyday. Tossed the trash at least twice daily. Kitchen was always spotless. It never made a dent in the ROACH problem. They just kept coming because the other apartments were sewers. What you read about this being the projects is pretty true. Loud, mean, scuzzie people who lived like pigs. Stairwells were urinals. They used to spread kitty-litter to keep the smell down!!!!!
