At a first look, you'd think all these reviews are written by the same guy, but in reality this apartment complex is like making a waiger on your happiness and living. Imagine the bronx with the warm california sun. With no air conditioning, Man! Management and staff here make deals with the roaches because beleive it or not, roaches are like tennants. I see faces underneath the cement stairs (scary) and dangerous. Not safe if you have younglings. There seems to be a very bad aura, vibe, negativity, or whatever you want to call it, because half the people here are bent up on being broken in. Like a wild stallion whipped to cream and softness and civil obedience. Let me tell you in advance how you will be broken and turned bitter by your bad decision to move in here. Theft, you will be robbed even a piece of you will feel missing. Poor service, might as well make a list of things to do in the mean time, then actually do them. Water pressure' Better save, invest then go to toys r' us and buy yourself a classic super soaker 100, 250 (a childs pressurized squirt gun) or better yet ask the fire dept to hose you down with their hoses. If you want the "runaround" ask questions to the staff and try to get an answer, better yet your deposit back. Do you value your car' You'll value your private parking a lot more after you have a beat down car or no car to put in it. Drugs, I'm sure you don't have to turn the corner to aquire some. Make sure your vision is good, with such poor lighting you'll need it. Don't bother splotching on your fancy cologne or spraying your most alluring perfume, do that and your in the business of competing against potpourri, oust, glade, or any other leading odor/bacteria disinfectant, because we all know, all that does is mask the smell. The smell of what' you ask. Have a walkthrough and don't say I didn't tell you so, and if you find out let me know. Had I not signed the lease take my room, please. Then you'll see why I took the time and effort to write this review, so we all can live better especially you. Doubt my word, think of me absurd, listen to me its probably nothing new you haven't heard. You've drawn my story in your mind maybe yours will be a bit more kind. Don't live here please live elsewhere, sign here, don't you dare.
