Summerwind Apartments

PIECE OF ---- APARTMENT COMPLEX - PET DEPOSIT From: reneecoomes@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have a family of 3 and required their 2 bedroom/2bath. The apartment we wanted was occupied by tenants but would be available later. Just by looking at the apartment complex as your pulling up is horrendous. Ghetto people just loitering and children running a muck. I felt like I was driving down skid row. I actually live down the road by 280 & McLaughlin. The SummerWind Apartments are sandwiched between Tully Road & the Story Road residential area, which can be a little sketchy. Within a mess of apartment complexes and some nice condos is found this company: SummerWind Trash Apartments. I ALMOST considered signing a lease within a month until I stumbled across these reviews. Like a considerate tenant I called "MONA" the manager of the complex to see if our schedule to "look over the apartment layout/contract" was very snooty. I seemed to have been as cheery as any other call but "mona" was forcing tension over the phone. I could just tell the manager was just DANDY. The pet policy is $700.00 for two cats no matter if you just have one. If it walks and talks like a duck then it is a duck. JUST DRY BY SUMMBERWIND.....you'll see. My first impression ended up being right.
