ROACHES, BAD MANAGEMENT = CRAP From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Where do I begin... I moved in a couple of years ago without reading any of the reviews. The complex has been loosing a lot of people lately, which is good. Here are some of my gripes (in no particular order) - my car got broken into 3 times. It was parked in their covered parking - roaches, roaches and more roaches. They've been sending exterminators but they either don't show up or they spray with water 'cause it's not helping. - NO or LITTLE hot water. I've gone through weeks of showering with cold water. Kept complaining but no use. Although it's gotten better, i have to leave the water running for more then 30 min so I can get warm water to shower with. - parking sucks and I pay them extra money for an additional parking spot. - My car got towed twice by their mistake. I had to fight like hell for them to give me my car back. In retrospect I should have called the police and report my car stolen. - they've been changing management every 6 months. Either the owner is a real ------- and/or he doesn't pay worth a ---- 'cause the management sucks. - Every manager comes up with his/her own idiotic rules. The latest is that they've changed the parking permits. Well I work ALL day and weekends, so I'm never around when they're open. Guess what, they've towed my car because of it. - Speaking with the latest manager, he said that they are trying to tighten the rules so that they can kick people out. The idea is that they improve the place once people are gone. Guess what, EVERY manager does that and it hasn't improved. - there was a fire in the garage, probably from all the electrical cables just hanging down. - 50% of the time there's no electricity in the garage or the hallways. - during the summer, the pool is only open during business hours. That means 5pm. I COULD go on and on but it's no use. If 75 bad reviews won't deter you from renting here you have issues.
