Getting back my Deposit From: sernam02@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Unfortunately for me I did not read any of these reviews when I moved into this complex in 2006. I experienced many of the same issues, no hot water, no water at all because the boiler broke, ceilings in the hallway broken down with debri everywhere, cockroaches, no access to the pool, my cars being towed on several occassions (at my expense), etc., etc. Management sucks, they are always changing management. Repairs are never done correctly. I moved out in 2007, I was there about 14 months. I noticed that the complex started upgrading the outside of the complex about eight months ago, they managed to finish 6 balconies. I am taking them to court because they took my $500 depostit and claim I owe them another $800. I left my apartment in better shape than when I got it. Not to mention alll the -------- I had to deal with as a resident. They owe me! These reviews really helped me gather info for my case. Beware of this Complex!
