If you like living on the down low this is the place for you.
These ungated apartments are the home for cockroaches, drug addicts, drunks, gang bangers that in the long run make it hard for decent folk to stay too long.
Included in the rent you get constant knocking on the door from beggars, kids, sales people and more. Also included for your rent are auto break ins, Loud noise from parties all night.
Management only wants to pay for one security guard for a huge complex like this and often the guard has to patrol other complexes.
To top it off at least one mini riot per year. Luckily the San Jose Police is responsive if the management is not.
San Jose police know this complex well.
Managements priority is to keep the place filled but have no care who or what it is filled with.
Then we get to the leaks from apartments above you as well as water rising out of the sink from below. About 5 floods since we have been here. They also forget to tell you about the asbestos until after you sign the lease.
Lets see drag racing in front of the complex and low riders with boom boxes blasting all hours of the day and night. They like to drive by because they need attention and want you to know they are there.
Management does not want to invest in controlled access to the place because it may cut in to profits. After all they do not live there.
Should have checked out this site before moving in. You better read too !
Do some hard looking and thinking if you want to move to this place.

I lived like 1 block from this location and know alllllll about it. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.... YOUR DESCRIPTIONS WERE COMPLETELY CORRECT IF NOT MORE. ghettoWind lolllllll
