This place is the ULTIMATE NIGHTMARE!
Imagine, EVERY night, hearing the upstairs neighbors blasting their ghetto music, having LOUD SEX EVERY DANG NIGHT! People fighting, crawling in at all hours of the night, the walls are paper thin!
It feels like a prison cell, it is ugly and disgusting. VERY dirty, before you move in, they DO NOT clean it, they alter a cleaning slip.
Yes, what I am saying is the management is fraudulent. Look closely on the cleaning statement when you leave. It has been photocopied multiple times, and after I threatened to report them to the renters association of San Jose, they RETURNED ALL OF OUR DEPOSIT MONEY!
When moving in, they had the nerve to have our UHAUL TOWED!!!!
Who the hell does this'
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Cheap rent, but not cheap enough to be worth it. They charge you when their responsibilities mess up.
NOT SAFE AT ALL...DRUG DEALERS AND SUCH.

OMG this is so true I came here because i relocated from texas and let me tell you its DISGUSTING the lady in the office is an old ----- who does nothing but lie because i would bet anything shes having some type of connection with the drug dealers its nasty and you cant even put on soft music because the people will complain that your nice soft music is noisy im like WTF is that about yet if i play hip hop and some mexican stuff they are digging it COEM ON PEOPLE CALIFORNIA IS FOR EVERYONE NOT JUST BLACK AND MEXICAN ALRIGHT! so get a frigging clue DONT MOVE HERE Oh and by the way i also got my deposit back plus and extra $400 because i also threatend them about the cleaning and the altering of documents so i guess to keep me shut up i got a god deal :) I LOVED THAT PART but what i hated most was comming out of my apartment and finding people having sex there for some type of drugs or money and they would look at you like your the one whos doing wrong. MOTHER F*****S have no life so please STAY AWAY It is REALLY CHEAP RENT B UT NOT EVEN ON AN EMERGENCY WOULD I COEM HERE AGAIN and i would NEVER RECOMEND this place to anyone not even my enemy, well maybe them LOL but if you want to rent here and are a crackhead and love to prostitute yourself then by all means feel free to sign up for a 12 month lease other then that STAY THE HELL AWAY its a nightmare sometimes i felt like i was in that movie chainsaw and someone was going to pop out of somewhere and kill me scary place im telling you.
