more like TERRIBLE-A From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   What a dump! Everything is from the '60s. You arent allowed to have an A/C unit so in the summer you roast. Yapping little dogs and screaming infants in almost every ajoining apartment. Inconsiderate neighbors stomp around, talk, and have sex at all hours of the night. Paper thin walls. NOSEY resident manager! Dirty pool with broken pumps...cleaned maybe once every 5 months. DRAMA-RAMA neighbors! It's worse than Melrose Place! Tenants suing the landlords, wives cheating on husbands, car doors getting dinged in the carport. Parking is HORRIBLE! You are allowed 1 spot in the carport which is too small for anything above a compact car. You have to park on the street only to get tickets or worse off TOWED!
