the previous are fake From: luis4porsche@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   lived at the apartments for 1year,terrible management.had to take them to court to get deposit and money back for a room i had to pay for when a pipe broke.i didnt have a working bathroom,and could not get a hold of any super,even with emergency numbers.i recorded all my conversations with the.....landlord...and when i moved i demanded my money.when they said no,i told them they will pay me deposit and more.they tried to settle,i said no.get everything in writing and take pics because they will blame you for damage when you leave,,,this was a terrible exper.,,other professional apartments are better.dont waste your time unless your desperate. also when it rains,,,you cant get to your car because they dont have drains that work,floods parking about 5-7 inches high. they also have a huge insect problem,silverfish always in the cupboards,they just jerk people around after they sign the contract and never clean/ orfix the place.i hated my experiance,terrible landlord and owners.
